We don’t have the large, expensive overhead of the national repair companies, most of whom have to cover a fat middle management structure or pay franchise fees to use their fancy names.  We are a locally owned central Florida company based in Lake county.

We have decades of experience and training in our trades. Household repairs and remodeling isn’t rocket science. Been going on for hundreds of years. Yes, there are new materials and tools to help get a job done quicker, but the knowledge that comes from experience does not change. We are knowledgeable in every aspect of home maintenance, and we can perform any repair you can imagine.  From simple to complex, we’ve seen and fixed it all.

Appliances. They just keep getting fancier and fancier, don’t they?

Oh, and more and more expensive. All those electronic controls and convenience items packed into them.  Water and electronic control boards do not make good bedfellows. Do we need all the bells and whistles? Probably not, but there they are, just begging you to take them home. We have over 15 years experience in appliance repair and thirty plus years in electronics.

We use the 50% rule. If the appliance is less than 10 years old and the repair costs less than 50% of the replacement cost then we recommend you repair it. This is not a hard and fast rule, and is based on your wishes & our experience with certain manufacturers and/or appliances.

We are involved in our communities and we live where we work. We don’t have the luxury of doing a poor or sloppy job. Our reputation is built on the satisfaction of our customers.  Poor workmanship results in a bad business reputation, and that is just not acceptable to us.

We do minimal advertising, relying instead on recommendations of our customers telling their friends and acquaintances about our company and it’s services.
